My philosophy

Focus equals freedom.

Focus is not a goal in itself for me. It is a way to win back time and freedom of choice — at work and off-screen. That is why one line runs through everything I build: Focus equals freedom.

01

One thing at a time

I pick one goal and see it through before starting the next. That is how I work on my own projects and how I run workshops: we put one task on the table — a website, communication or a repetitive process — and work on it until the first working version exists.

02

Process first, then the tool

AI should support a deliberate way of working, not replace it. Before I choose a tool, I describe the goal, the audience and the next steps. Only then does it become clear where automation really helps and where a decision should stay with a person.

03

I test it in practice

I learn the basics, try, look at the result and fix what does not work. Starting from a concrete goal and testing ideas in practice is something I learned along the way — in Norway, during my studies and while working with finance and processes.

04

Time for life off-screen

Norway, trails and a turquoise camper remind me why I work with focus. Technology should give time back, not take it away. If something can be simplified, I simplify it — so there is more room for what matters.

Working together

What it means when we work together

  • We start with one clearly described goal.
  • You work on your own project and your own computer, so the knowledge stays with you.
  • I say plainly where AI will help and what is not worth automating.
  • We finish with a working result and you know the next step.
Start with one thing

Pick one thing. Start doing it.

You do not need to know the whole path yet. Check the scope of a workshop and start with one area.
