Who is responsible for the data
delta240mvt Przemysław Filipiak, Maków Polnych 12a, 61-606 Poznań, Poland. Contact about the newsletter and your data: newsletter@delta240mvt.com.
What you are signing up for
The delta240mvt newsletter covers practical content about AI, projects and automation, plus information about my workshops and products. Giving your address is voluntary. Signing up requires ticking the consent box and confirming your address with the link in the email. Without that you will not join the newsletter list. Sign-ups from the English pages go to a separate English list, and you receive English emails.
What data is used
I process your email address, the source form, the consent version, the time of the request and information about confirmation and unsubscribing. Brevo sends the emails and records delivery and bounce events and — depending on the message and your email client settings — opens and clicks. The hosting provider keeps technical logs and protects the form against abuse. This information is not used to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects.
Purpose and legal basis
Sending the newsletter and marketing information is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data needed to protect the form, demonstrate consent and respect your unsubscribe request is processed in the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providers
Brevo (Sendinblue) handles sign-up and sending, and SeoHost hosts the website and mailbox. Providers may use subprocessors; processing and safeguards for transfers outside the EEA are described in the Brevo privacy policy.
How long
Data of an active subscription is used until you withdraw consent or the newsletter ends. After you unsubscribe, limited data may remain in the suppression list and consent records for as long as needed to respect your objection and to establish, pursue or defend legal claims. It is then not used for further marketing emails.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent with the link in the footer of any email or by writing to me. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You have the right to access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where the law provides for it, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Newsletter and cookies
Newsletter consent is separate from consent to analytics or advertising cookies. You can sign up without accepting those cookies. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not require changing your browser settings.
If you consent to analytics cookies, the mere fact that a sign-up was accepted (without your email address or name) is sent as an event to PostHog and Google Analytics 4, and with consent to advertising cookies also to the Meta Pixel as a “Lead”. This is how I measure how well the website and ads work. Details are in the privacy policy.
Last updated: 30 October 2026. This information covers the newsletter sign-up; it does not replace the workshop purchase documents.
